Virgin Media, please get a clue!

If you are going to take up twenty minutes of my time with a cold-call tele-sales effort…

  1. Get my name right
  2. Know what you are talking about
  3. LISTEN to what I say, I hate repeating myself
  4. and most importantly, have the call made by somebody who speaks English fluently

Surely this is just basic courtesy and common sense? AAAAAAAARGH!
